FINI Chatbot is emerging as a transformative tool for digital inclusion and community engagement across India. Since its inception in November 2023, FINI has grown to over 40,000 subscribers, delivering real-time resources in five languages. Its impact is already evident — users engage actively, with high completion rates and increasing trust in the chatbot’s reliable, culturally relevant content.

FINI’s content spans menstrual hygiene management (MHM), sanitation, entrepreneurship, water management, and education, empowering diverse groups from adolescent girls to local masons. The chatbot not only shares knowledge but also breaks socio-cultural taboos, promotes health literacy, and connects users to livelihood opportunities.

The growing interest from male users in MHM and overall engagement reflect FINI’s success in building inclusive digital spaces. Its seamless user experience and integration with real-world initiatives such as Swachh Bharat Mission further strengthen its community impact.
